About Me:

Brig (R) Prof. Naseem Ahmed is a highly distinguished and decorated anaesthesiologist with over 30 years of consultant experience and 15+ years as Head of Department across premier military and civilian hospitals in Pakistan and abroad. A proud veteran of the Pakistan Army Medical Corps, he has served at the highest levels of military and tertiary care medicine. He holds the FCPS in Anaesthesiology from CPSP and has served as HOD Anaesthesia at CMH Rawalpindi, PNS Shifa Hospital Karachi, and several other leading institutions. He also has international experience having served on deputation to Royal Saudi Armed Forces, KSA. Currently, he leads the Department of Anaesthesia at FFH Rawalpindi while simultaneously serving as Professor & Supervisor Anaesthesiologist at Fauji Foundation Medical & Dental College, contributing actively to postgraduate medical education. His areas of expertise include Regional Anaesthesia, Renal Transplant Anaesthesia, Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, ICU ventilator management, and central venous access procedures. He has supervised more than 25 trainees of both FCPS and MCPS who are now working as consultants all over the Pakistan and abroad.
